Team Member

Graydon is a 2006 graduate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. After college, Graydon worked in Real Estate and eventually joined a creditor’s rights law firm working in operations management.  He became licensed and began working in the insurance industry in 2013.  He comes to Hosket Ulen with experience working as a field underwriter for a large regional carrier, agency experience working for a large national P&C brokerage, and managing an underwriting team for an Excess and Surplus brokerage. Graydon joined Hosket Ulen Insurance Services at the end of 2023 as the Director of Commercial Risk Management Solutions.  He is responsible for developing and coaching our Client Relationship Managers, assisting with carrier relations, and increasing efficiency in writing and retaining policies.

Graydon served for 7 years as a lead volunteer for Pelotonia and continues to give back to his community.  Graydon and his wife reside in Powell with their two children and two puppies.  When he’s not working, he enjoys cooking for family and friends, golfing, DIY projects, and playing guitar.
