Dawn began her insurance career after many years of Customer Service experience with Amazon. She loves to solve problems and organize everything!

She enjoys spending her free time walking her cats on leashes in her backyard and going to see Rock-n-Roll shows. She lived in Cincinnati for many years before moving to Columbus and often makes appearances as a Cincinnati Bockfest Sausage Princess at beer festivals and events for the Cincinnati Brewing Heritage Trail.
